In pursuit of designing better service experiences for the end-user, my career focus is on the visualization of information. I believe my educational background positions me in a unique way to address the design of experiences. I have a background in ministerial leadership and visual communication. My former baccalaureate degree focused on leadership, presentation, interpersonal relationships, and psychology. The latter degree focused on design research, visualization of information and complex systems, design processes, user research, and experience design.
